• All purchases will be dispatched within 1-2 business days from the date the order was placed. 

• Orders are sent from our warehouse in Melbourne.

• Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with tracking information.

• Purchases made on weekends and public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

• Darren & Phillip is not responsible for lost or stolen packages that are confirmed delivered by tracking.

• Please note that once your order is placed, we are unable to change the shipping address or the order contents.
